If you have more than one registered account with Direct Debits, you can choose the account you want from the drop-down menu.
Find your Direct Debit in the list, click ‘Take me to…’ to open a drop-down menu, then choose ‘View details’ where you’ll be taken to a new page. From here, you can look at the information for your Direct Debit or even cancel it.
If you want to change your payment details for a Direct Debit, you’ll need to contact the company you set it up with. They may be able to change the amount you pay or the date it’s taken from your account.
Find your Direct Debit in the list, click ‘Take me to…’ to open a drop-down menu, then choose ‘Cancel’ where you’ll be taken to a new page. Next, check the Direct Debit details, then click ‘Cancel’. Your request to cancel the Direct Debit will then be processed the next working day.
