Make a Payment

Use this screen to make another payment to an existing payee that you have already set-up.

Please ensure that you do not enter punctuation, such as commas or decimal points in the boxes. Once you have completed the amount and payment date click ‘Continue’. You can choose to make your payment immediately, or at a specified date in the future.

How long will my payment take?
This depends on the type of account the payment is going to. There are different times for payments to Santander, Santander credit cards and non-Santander accounts.

Payments you make to Santander accounts: These arrive on the same day.

Payments to Santander Cards Ltd: These arrive the same day but take a working day to show on your Santander credit card statement.

Payments to non Santander accounts: When you move money electronically to another UK bank, in most instances the funds will be available to use the same day subject to fraud checks.
