Order debit card replacement

If your card is damaged you can order a replacement card online. Your replacement card will be sent to your account address within 10 days. In the meantime you can carry on using your existing card if it still works. You can continue to use the same card PIN with your replacement card when it arrives. This service should only be used for cards that are still in your possession.

Do NOT use this service if your card has been lost or stolen. Please call us immediately using the telephone number on the screen.

We will send your replacement debit card to the address we hold for you. If you have indicated that you have a shared postbox, the card will be sent to the branch you have previously specified.

If you have more than one debit card you can use the drop-down menu to view other cards you have.

Select the account from the drop-down and press ‘Continue’, where you will get a chance to confirm the details before the order is made.
