View-only access

You can change online access to your Online Banking service to view-only. If you do choose to change your access to view-only you can only gain full access again by calling us.

Online View Only status means you can still view your balances, transactions and statements but you will not be able to make payments or change account settings.

When you change to view-only access you can still manage your account in other ways e.g. cash machine (unless your account is only accessible online). Your account itself is unchanged and remains open, with any pending payments/transfers still taking place. To re-enable access you will need to contact the Online Banking Helpdesk on 0800 917 9170, open 8am - 8pm Mon-Fri, 8am - 6pm Sat and 9am - 6pm on Sundays (if calling from outside the UK please dial 044 01908 238 013).
